tools%26gt;internet options then change your homepage adress
Tools options advanced and reset Internet settings. That may help. But if it on;y happens once in a while then I suspect something else like a virus or spyware. Try spybot or adaware and maybe another antivirus program. scan again just to be sure.
You need the removal tool mentioned earlier. Once you've run that, go download Firefox ;)
There are some out there that it will lock Internet Option's Home Page, and it won't let you to edit it.
First, download comodo's FREE products: antimalware, and antivirus. And then use alternative browsers like firefox, which is FAR better than IE. Anyway, you can use two browsers side-by-side. Later, when you begin to feel that firefox is better, then in your firewall (ZoneAlarm or Comodo's firewall), block IE.
In firefox menu, click tools, options. In 'main' tab, put in homepage box like: 'http://www.yahoo.com'.
