i have tried resizing them and it is only when i open a new link in a new window it only opens about 1/4 of the full size and it is driving me NUTS!

when a new window loads up, don't hit the maximise button up top, move your mouse to the edge of the new window...your mosue will turn into 4 arrows...click, and drag to the corner of the screen, do that on all sides, till your screen is full size...now, your new window will open up full size each time.

right click on ie icon and select properties. use the drop down where it says run to select maximised
